POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

We do not accept same day appointments! All appointments must be 24-48 hour notice.

A $75 NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be due upon booking laundry service. A $75 consultation fee is also due to book cleaning services. We schedule consults to see what service best fits your needs and to ensure everything meets or exceeds your standards.

Once we arrive for pick up your items are weighed at your home or business and services confirmed. After weight is confirmed payment will be due immediately. 

For cleaning services payment is due at the beginning of service. We block off certain time frames for our cleanings and if additional time is used we will invoice the remaining balance. 

Drop off times are 24-48 hours from pick up and delivery times vary depending on service capacity.

Forms of payment accepted are cash and credit/debit card.

All discounts applied are subject to our discretion and once services are rendered refunds are not available.

Customers who want to pre-weigh can do so and send pictures of their weight prior to service. We will still weigh at pick up and if you are not present we send over the amount we received and you can decide if you want to proceed with service.

All balances for laundry must be cleared BEFORE drop off. Once the invoice is provided payment is due.
