Service Description
We want to provide service that exceeds your standards and meets your expectations. When booking any of our cleaning services a consultation must be booked. We will come to assess all your needs and see what your preferences are. This is also to give a chance to put eyes on what conditions the spaces are in. This goes toward your ending service balance. Consultation notes must be signed off by the customer and pictures will be taken of the current condition of spaces.
Cancelation Policy
Please cancel within 24 hrs of appointment time. Late cancellations will require future deposits to increase. Please reschedule at least 24 hrs in advance if needed. This will allow us to give others a chance to book if availability is open.
